I wanted to share my experience at Bosk Restaurant as I had the opportunity to preview their 3 course Valentine’s Day menu as well as some of the Chef’s signature dishes.
Bosk is located at the Shangri-La hotel and its the best spot to spend valentines day together with amazing and decadent food. Whether you are celebrating with friends our your other half,
Members of the Hotel’s leadership team joined us for lunch which was such a lovely touch as we got to spend time together and learn about them and the work they do.
Our menu started with the “Shades of Red” Lobster and beat dish which was a delight, it had the perfect combination of textures and decadent flavours.
The second dish was the Yukon Potato Agnolotti which included chestnut cream, egg yolks, forrest mushrooms and black truffle. Every bite was rich and satisfying
The third one was the Halibut Veronique which was my absolute favorite!
And the final sweet touch was a combination of Baileys Gateau, Cointreau and Almond Dulce and the Raspberry Chocolate Bombe. (Pictured below)
